    The one on the left:

Aisin-Gioro Yung Yen, Emperor Jia Jing as depicted on a Ching Dynasty Silver Dollar. Although by all means a strong ruler, during his reign the Qing Dynasty started its decline.

so they are silver, I did not see much info about the coins on those links though, are the dates of the coins the latest date? or are those just dates when they ruled?

They do NOT look silver to me and the eBay listing says nothing about being silver. If they are, I would buy them. I dont think they are old either but interesting souvenir tokens nonetheless.

Re: help ID these foreign coins

I will research more tonite. It appears thatthere are silver dollars and there are copies. The copies going for 1-10 dollars on eBay and the silver ones are worth much more.
I can spot silver just by looking but I cou;ld be mistaken by a foto. Maybe you could have a pawn shop test them.Beware of any coin, painting or collectible from China.

Are you reading any of the links provided? This is the second time that the answer was in the links. The first was about the time ruled. Quote from one of the links:

however there are also many fakes of this type of coin, produced over the past decades. Some of these have also now become collector’s items, as in order to pass them off the silver content remains high – so they may be worth digging out at a local Chinese market

This is not to say yours is not real it also says weigh and measure them to be sure, thus lies the problem, need to find the weight and measure for your variety.

Re: help ID these foreign coins

When you hold them on edge with your silver Peace dollars and maybe some Eisenhowers, do they look the same color? CRHunters can spot silver on edge easily.

If you cant tell by looking at them, you may need to have them tested at a pawn shop.
