This is a north american Amusment Arcade Token, I think it was made in Illinois. It is listed in a book by Stephen P. Alpert and Kenneth E. Smith, "Video Arcade, Pinball, Slot Machine, and Other Amusement Tokens of North America" by Amusement Token Collectors Association, 1984
