    How old

    Hello,

I would like to know the approximate age of this watch key to know if i'm in the right spot. It appears to be brass and the round piece and the handle seem to be held together by a pin - Thanks

It actually doesn't look like a watch key to me. The handle would give too much leverage, making it too easy to damage a watch. Maybe a clock key? I could be entirely wrong, but thought I'd throw that out there.

Here are some vintage clock keys:

The questions would be - is there a hole in the end or is it just beveled to an edge, size, any writing on it.
