Clay tobacco pipe question
I found a section of old clay tobacco pipe stem with the letters TI AWD. Due to the break, I can't make out the letters before TI. There appears to be no more letters after AWD. The bore measures about 5/64 of an inch.
Can anyone identify the age or maker of this clay pipe?
I would appreciate any information or any source of information on these old clay tobacco pipes.
Thanks, Darryl

Re: Clay tobacco pipe question
After some checking, I found a dating chart that shows the 5/64 bore dia. is used from about 1720-1750
So far I can't find anything yet on the lettering.
Good luck!
