    Container/ "tin" of some sort

Found this one today...appears quite old...apparently a container to hold something in. It has a hinge...can't quite make out all of the writing because of the buildup on it. Any thoughts

Looks like a small compact for face powder or rouge, although it's a bit large for rouge.

Looks like it might be "Honey," all right— and there's not much doubt about "Hollywood."

I think the word on the banner is "Westmore."

Here's a Westmore Hollywood Cosmetics rouge tin showing the same crest on the lid and "bullseye" embossing on the bottom.

"House of Westmore" is what it reads. Dang it, I've been beat again.

Well, that's a stretch! Yesterday I tried googling "House of ______" I tried Wakemore, Windmore, and about a dozen others. I'm glad you came up with Westmore.

Well I sure didn't want to be the first to admit that it seemed too large for what Vector suggested!
