Whites couldn’t answer this so maybe one of u awesome old timers here can.
i bought a white gold max coil that hoping it was a concentric as I already have two DD coils.
im trying to figure out if I can tell if it’s concentric or not?
i believe whites has changed the DD back to white color but even they are not sure what color their coils are now. I’m wondering if there is a way to tell from tuning or weight?
i believe the cons were just a coil in plastic and styrofoam and the DD were supposed to be potted in epoxy.

any ideas? I’m not with both coils or an accurate scale to be able to tell

One sort of "unoffical" method might be to swap them out, and see which one is the noisiest with the settings the same. The noisiest will most likely be the concentric.
