I am in need of a good setup for coinshooting , so far its been great with this detector and its a depth monster but i am having issues with the thing not detecting nickels past the 4 inch line , I have been using the factory setting for Coin & Jewelry . I have been reading the "spectrum" book by Daryl J.R. Townley and was wondering if anyone here has tried his setups , there are 2 setups in this book but will they work on hard packed Texas soil?

Any advise is appreciated . ;D

Daryl is a good friend of mine and I have been using his programs for years.
You can not go wrong, using one of his programs.
