Hello everyone,

What does it mean when you get a good tone signal but the intensity meter moves very little,, if at all?

what exactly does this meter indicate??

Thanks for your advice! :icon_scratch:

It never happen to me like that. Very interesting and i like to know the answer too.
As far as i knew strong signal will move the meter way up..along with loud sound.
I have one TM 808 with Cave mode.

Could be a faulty meter?? Send to Whites for a good tune-up and make sure it is operating at it's optimum.

We get that too. Not sure exactly what it means. We did some experimenting and you get a lot more on the intensity meter with iron than precious metals. We are still trying to work it out. I have been meaning to call our White rep about it.

could be a hot rock, but sounds like you found some than deep if it's a good beep with shallow needle movement. sound like she's a deep one...
