Straight shaft for surf pi dual field (again)

Hey guys, I know a few people on here did the straight shaft mod for the dual field using the Whites scuba shaft and a tall man fibre shaft, but did anyone go to an Anderson shaft after doing this? I realise that the Anderson can't be broken down as small as the Whites kit, and it's a little cheaper, only a little if your in Canada, but I would appreciate feedback on both, as I would like to get it right first time. Sorry if it's been done to death. Let the wisdom begin.
