    Another DFX question

Is there a reason I do not have a place to put custom programs? It goes COIN, Coin & Jewelry, Jewelry Beach, Relic, Prospecting, EEPROM - DP SILVER, EEPROM HI-Trash, EEPROM Demo, EEPROM - Hi-Pro and then into Target Volume.

    Thanks,

    Lori

Yep, you save it into one of those EEPROM positions and rename it.

EEPROM - DP SILVER, EEPROM HI-Trash, EEPROM Demo, EEPROM - Hi-Pro
There you got those slots to save in, these have been pre-loaded with programs for you to use.

EEPROM Demo is probably the first one to overwrite since it fills no function in the field. (used to show the machine in doors)

    Hope this helps,

    Re: Another DFX question

Lori; the other two answers were what you were looking for they hit the nail on the head. You load your favorite program tweak it to your liking and save it in one of the EEPROM slots.it would be nice for you to watch the video that came with your DFX as Randy Smith shows you how to do this very well.If you want to go back to the program that was in the slot you over wrote just reenter it, save it and you will be back to where you started. Good luck and reread the manual and watch the video.
