I know this is an older detector but I just bought it on Ebay original owner never used it and now the family is cleaning out the garage. I am new so I dont need anything fancy or expensive. I am just now getting comfortable with T-net member Juju when it comes to wood chips in a play ground. Has any one ever used one of these and for someone starting out does anyone have any input. I know my brother Juju talks highly of everyone here. If nothing else it may of been a good buy for the kids to use.

Good machine, a friend started out with one of these back in the mid 80s and did well finding coins.

MoTwister thats good to hear I got it on ebay with shipping for $65 and like the add said it was never used and the pics verify that. The family posted something to the affect "another one of dads great ideas" and that it was never used just put in the garage. Juju uses a newer Whites MXT and loves it so I thouht even an older whites wouldnt be a bad start
