Prizm II opinions

I just bought what was supposed to be a NEW Prizm II but after looking at it close i found some scratches on the coil , That's what i get for buying on Fleebay .. Anyhow, What are your opinions on this model??

it is a decent MD, but doesn't have some of the nicer features

It's a good machine. The 8 inch coil is good at picking up coins. But the new little shooter coil would be better. It's lite weight and beeps on goodies. Pinpoints dead center. Can be hunted in all metal by tapping the PP button. Plus it still ID's in that mode.

Where can i buy a "little shooter" coil ?? is it DD type?

Prizm Shooter coil is DD and can be bought from any Whites dealer. Works on all Prizms.

That Prizm II is a good detector. With the Prizm DD Shooter coil you know you can get 6 inches depth and very accurate pinpoint and ID. Good Luck.....
