    Classic II SL mods

    My buddy has this nice classic SL that he wants to send in to get the mods for GB and Threshold . Has anyone here had that done ?? is it worth the $100 ?? Anyhow , the little detector goes pretty deep but i guess he wants more depth and to be able to hear the threshold .
