Re: Just Released: The All New White's Coinmaster!
It looks like the $179.95 is the suggested manufacturer retail price. so the end price will probably be about $143.96. That's 80% which is about what the dealers have to sell at (or pretty dang close).

I would not think you will see much discounting at this price.

resistant -- is not water proof -- --water proof means ok to submerge --resistant normally means rain or quick short term light splash . --for $180 bucks you can not expect a totally " water proof" machine -well actually you can "expect" it your just not gonna get it.

No way to manually ground balance? Forget it! No, actually just kidding. Sounds like a very good starting machine. Would love to read some actual field experiences. The mags usually get an evaluation article out fairly quick. Monty

The preset ground balance machines are usually pretty good for detecting in my area, other than the ocean beaches.
FYI: I just heard back from White's regarding the operating frequency: 8Khz, which makes the detector a good all around machine for coins and jewelry.

Re: Just Released: The All New White's Coinmaster!
as a form of cheater ground balance for presets --if having issues drop the sen. level till it runs smooth --its a "poor mans" way of ground balacing with cheaper preset ground balance type machines --yes you lose some depth but on the plus size you will be able to use your machine -- its a trade off.

Re: Just Released: The All New White's Coinmaster!
It should be the same as all the other "Prizm" series detectors...
Threshold and GB can be adjusted through the back of the machine..
There are 2 rubber grommets in the back that can be popped out
to make this adjustment for your particular area..

Hi all
I'd really like to see a video of this machine. I would like to hear what it sounds like...? If anyone has a video or knows where a video is please post it here.... Also can I use this next/with an MXT and not get interference on the two machines?
Keep @ it and HH!!

A maroon Prizm 3, how original..... take an existing product and use a familiar name from the past. Whites must be trying to copy the automotive industry!!!!!!!

Re: Just Released: The All New White's Coinmaster!
Does it have a volume control? Thats about the only thing I would like to have on my ACE250. Head phones are nice but when it's hot out I like to hunt without them and you can hear it beeping 3 or 4 blocks away.
