    Re: S shaft vs straight?

    Hi jarhead

I have a 5900 Di Pro SL and a 6000 Pro XL and made them a 'straight shaft', just buy a 'Tall Man's' rod from White's and use it to replace the 'S' rod and lower coil rod. It will make your stock XLT a stright shaft. It is a well balanced set up for my detectors.
I am 6 ft. tall and it balances perfectly.

you could do that or you could also buy the BH 300 Middle rod. just replace the short S middle rod with the straight middle rod from the BH 300, I have done that with my DFX, but have used the middle rod from my Classic 5 ID.
    Own White's Classic 5 ID and White's Coinmaster(new model)
