    Whites Question

    DFX Spectrum E Series......is this a modern detector? Couldn't find it on their website......also how is the weight?

    Thanks, I can pick one up for 675.00.........with head phones and pinpointer. Supposedly used eight times and in great condition....good buy?

    GREAT BUY! There is a broad learning curve with this machine but once you know how to use all the features it's a great machine! I recommend the book Digging deeper with the DFX by Jeff Foster. It's the best book I have seen out there on learning this machine! Good luck and HH!

    That detector is being phased out from production, or has already been phased out. martin

    Its the XLT thats being phased out not the DFX and the weight is just under 4lbs 6oz and fairly well balanced so it doesn't feel that heavy.
