Whites customer service, IS THE BEST before i sent It in today I decided to call and Talked to Todd, After telling him the problem with My detector!!! He Is shipping Me A new coil On Monday Morning!!!! I don't have to pay to ship it in!!!
If the new coil doesn't fix the problem I will have to ship it to him and He said it would be fixed and Shipped back Quickly!!! Cant wait!!! I need to get out soon!!! I tempted to take my Pinpointer out and try to find Gold with It LOL Chug

I was thinking that If I picked up the phone and made the call when I figured out that it was the coil I would be out detecting Instead of Waiting Impatiently for next weekend!!!

What number did you call. I call here a couple of weeks ago and all they told me to do is go see my dealer and talk to them about my DFX....Matt
If i call Whites the only number i call is in Sweet home Or. ......541-367-6121 .......... There 800 number sucks and any other number you call also pretty well sucks .............As you found out ...Mlayers...............That is why i always call Sweet Home Or. .................And i found out if you need repairs it might cost more for shipping to Sweet Home.............. But most of the time the repairs are done better and cheaper in Sweet Home.......Than any of there other places.............. Here is one thing i called there 800 number wanted a instruction manual for my MXT 300............ They wanted to charge me ......... So i told them forget it called Sweet home they sent me one no charge see what i mean.............

WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO My new Coil showed Up On tuesday Afternoon And Fixed My detector!!!! shipped monday morn and arrived tues afternoon !!!!!!! Happy dance all around Im going to Tell My boss that I am Going to be Sick On friday so that I can get In a three Day Hunt!!!!! And the Good thing Is she Know about it!!!! LOL Its great to Have a great Boss!!! Chug

Sorry I have Been Very busy and Never got around to posting the story Of
My Find.
Here it Is ( This is the story I just sent this Morning)
This was found on march 27th 2010 about a month after purchasing my
detector
I was at a local park, dodging the rug rats Who were out on spring
break!
Several people said there have been People detecting all over the park
in the last week or so including a guy in hip waders, detecting in the
water!!!
They are not hitting all the coin signals or the pull tabs! Yes i dig
pull tab signals You see why!!!!!!
I was working around the bases of some trees that were Planted a few
years earlier pulling pennies and Pulltabs like crazy this was only an
hour hunt and was just getting comfortable with My detector
I was thinking another pull tab when I started probing It was at the
edge in the grass 1 inch down using my finger at the edge of the grass I
move some dirt saw the edge of it looked like a pulltab edge Started
lifting it out and It was not moving like a small Item like a pulltab
would, Grabbed ahold of the Edge and Out pops The Medallion.... I was so
excited that I stood up looking at it then started to walk away then
realised the I was leaving my digger and screw driver behind
It was a week later before i got back to the park to rescan the Place i
found it !!!
I will say finding Gold is nice............... But finding Gold with Rubies in it is the best gold there is.......... I love rubies....... That was a real nice find............
