Comments on Whites 6000 Pro XL

Anyone have comments/review on a 6000 Pro XL?

I am considering one for park hunting if I can get it at a good price.

I wasn't aware that Whites still made the 6000.
The one I bought I got years ago right after they changed the box, been very pleased with it, I will be up grading this year to the DFX

I know the 6000 pro xl is not made any longer. I have found one for sale that was recently sold by a whites dealer who still had it in the store inventory, so it still has 21 months of the whites 2 year warranty left.

Thanks, I had already found those reviews helpful before I decided to go ahead and put a deposit on the unit as every thing I have read was positive, and I know I will always get a lot if not most of my money back out of it if I want to sell it.

It still has about 21 months left on the Whites warranty. I should have it with in a couple weeks as I am paying for it in a couple installments.

You can still find the XL Pro maybe! I have a brand New In The Box XL Pro in the Closet besides
the used one I bought off ebay awhile back...They will be hard to come by NIB one of these days
so I made shure to get one and put it away.

I have been looking for one at a reasonable price,considering they are no longer being mfg.However,I'm getting leary now because I heard that the meter was no longer available,even from White's,in case something happened to it.This is just what I heard on other forums,I don't know for sure and can't verify it.

One I bought still has 20 months or so of the warranty from Whites left,as it was sold by a dealer about 4 months ago(last one dealer had), so that should not be a problem for awhile.
