Prism V and relics

How good is the Prism V hunting Relics? It seems like a great machine.

For relics you want to dig everything, so, you'd use the P-5 in all-metal mode. I'm guessing you are hunting in an area you believe to have relics.

Otherwise turn the discrimination all the way down.

All-metal will get you deeper.

We have a wealth of CW history here. I just wanted to know if this would make a suitable coin/relic detector. I am doing alot of research before I buy to make sure I don't make a mistake.

If you going to spend that much on a P5 then add a little more to it and buy a M6. Otherwise the P2 will go just as deep with a 950 coil as the P5.
