Personal preference DFX program question

What is the minimum you set AC Sensitivity before you lower the preamp. I see Jeff Foster recommends 65, I don't like going lower than 70. Just wanted to see what your preference/opinion is.

It is really a matter of personal taste governed by location, sweep speed you perfer, etc. Someones answer could be wrong for you and you'd waste time playing with menues.

Yea, I agree Sandman, just wanted to see what other people opinion was. I wasn't looking for an answer, just their preference.

When I'm hunting a new site, I like to jack my settings up until I get an overload, then back off the AC till 70, then I drop the preamp down 1 notch and jack up the AC and start over again.

Like you said there are a lot of different variables that come in to play.

Simple as high as you can get with PAG and Ac sens. as long as you have a nice stable threshold!
