Just bought a GMT? Now what?

Are there any good books or any good info sources for learning how to detect with the GMT? I heard about the "Advanced Nugget Shooting", but figured that was geared toward the MXT.

If you know anything or just any good home remedies, clue me in if you don't mind.

    Thanks,

nitro I have recently purchased a GMT as well.if you contact Jim Mc Cullock on this site he will help you. He has also a number of books he has released which are helpful.I am also looking for tips and info from experienced GMT users. I used mine the other day on an old gold mining site and found five very tiny nuggets I am really pleased with the machine. On the Nugget Shooter forum there is an experienced GMT user Uncle Ron he could be helpful to you. Have a look on the whites site there are video instructions on the GMT you can down load demonstating different functions as well. These are the nuggets that I found the other day they only weigh.2 of a gram. I was using the small 6inch Nuggett Shooter coil, this is very sensitive. seeya Neilo

I recommend the Whites learning video. You will learn more in the one hour presentation than a dozen trips to the Field. It can be had for under 20 bucks. The best money you will spend on learning the GMT.
