    White's M6 or Minelab x-terra 70?

I have been considering wich one is better. I would be looking for coin and jewlery as well as relic and occassional beach detecting? Any opinions? Long lasting dependibility is huge!

Both are find detectors, but I think the Minelab would be a better choice for what you want to do. The X-Terra 70 would handle the wet sand at the beach well also. It is a more well rounded detector and not just a coin shooter.

If your your looking for term dependability, Whites detectors have proven themselves for decades. I used an X Terra 50 about a year and had an M6 since Sept 06 and much prefer the M6 over the X50. The X Terra 70 is the top line X Terra but it can't compare in coil selection if hunting in trashy situations but has more programable options vs the M6.

Both would be excellent choices, just depends on your hunting conditions and preferences in my opinion. HH Bill
