    upgrade from XLT,and Fisher F4

I have a Spectrum Xlt in good shape and a F4.got a little money coming back was wondering should upgrade the Xlt to a DFX or F75, F70.

I like the Xlt maybe even love it, but all I hear is Dfx this Dfx that plus it seems it and the MXT are the only one that whites is making new coils for.

I bought the F4 more for compition hunts and the fact that it breaks down further and can fit in a smaller space than the Xlt.

Anyway thought about selling the Xlt and going with the Dfx or F75 would take other suggestions.

I guess part of it is that whites almost seems like they're abandoning the Xlt, Meaning no new coils last year they released that super 12 for the DFX.
and MXT, and nothing for the Xlt

Just makes mr wonder what the future holds for it. Idon't want to get left ng the bag.

I think that since you have the XLT and I feel the DFX would be an upgrade, I would consider the F75. This is a really deep detector and has some new inovations on it that make it worth the time to try out. If you need any more help with your decision, please let me know.

I got a new DFX and I love it. I've got a Fisher CZ-7 and I love that one too. My CZ-7, like the DFX, is a dual frequency machine. I don't think the new Fisher detectors are dual frequency, and there is a definite upgrade in performance with dual freq machines. I've also read some negative comments about Fisher, but I can't confirm any of them. I had the $$ to buy anything I wanted and I got a DFX. You won't regret it.
