MXT VDI #'s For Relic Mode?

Don't know if this was ever asked. What VDI #'s do you all get in relic mode and what objects do yo find?
I want to try the relic mode out on my MXT and any tricks of the trade would be greatly appreciated.

I don't pay much attention to the VID numbers I go by the sounds. Here in VA there is a lot of hot ground. Some days bullets ring clear and high and in the same spot the next week you get a mixed high and low. yesterday on the first swing I had a nice high so I dug the hole and lost the high and was giving a iron low but the bullet was there. I go more on gut feeling to dig or not to dig just takes time after a 100 holes you will get the feel of the sounds. one time bullets where only showing up at Big Item just dig all the highs and high/lows till you get the hang of it.
