We found this at 23ft. Can anybody tell me what is the meaning of this sign? We also found a fish head.

We found this fish head at 20ft. Please can anybody help us. Or maybe you also encountered the same sign. We also found many heart shaped stone. Like this one.
Your help, tips and advise is highly appreciated. Thank you so much.
