It’s not going to be easy. Ideally a featured hunt for a Yamashita treasure should have a successful conclusion and not leave viewers disappointed with an ending punctuated with a big question mark. The World War II Japanese were true masters of the art of treasure concealment- - willing to go the distance in hiding their loot and covering their tracks with elaborate and highly sophisticated “decoy” system in tandem with their scientifically designed and engineered method of safekeeping such booty. :icon_scratch:

Frankly, in order to succeed in this undertaking- - the collaboration and participation of the Japanese in the treasure hunt is crucial. Of course, they will not cooperate for the obvious reason that they are as interested as anybody else in recovering for themselves what they have painstakingly hidden.
