International Silver Trade Unit
February 28, 2004 at 17:46:56

Hello. I have searched all over the interntet for information regarding a few of the coins I had for quite some time now. I have around 20 coins in total and almost all of them bare a different picture. The coins all have a title with the following words, "The International Silver Trade Unit." The coins are around 25+ years old as I am guessing because of the picture of one of them which states so (see picture). They are all .999 480-grain silver and are in very good condition (not scratched and the words can be seen wonderfully). I am wondering if you can please tell me if they are worth anything. Are they worth more than regular silver (which is at 6.70+ USD right now)? I thank you in advance sir and if you can't answer my question then please if you can, then tell me where I can find such information on the internet or other such sources.

P.S. Excuse the low quality photos please. My scanner broke. Thank you.

This is the picture of one of the weights. I have three different kinds in all of the coins.

This picture shows the the coin(s) were minted in 1973. Does this raise or lower the value on the market today?
