That’s some great finds… and they say the “good old days” are gone… you’re proving we’re living in it now…. Keep kick’n dirt….👍
  2. Is this a native American artifact?

Looks like it was made yesterday… or maybe the day before yesterday?
  3. An odd one

Looks like it ended its life as a hafted scraper to me… I have one strikenly similar, I can share a pic. Later in the week….😁
  4. ~Cobbs Blade~

The “notch” appears to be take from one side.. I can’t say if it was intentional or not. But, being nearly centered, I’ d say intentional… this was found near the creek, on the slope, near the fallen trees rootball
  5. ~A Couple~

A very small area on wide end, flat bottom…
  6. ~Cobbs Blade~

A Cobbs blade, I found a couple of weeks back. It’s right at 3”, and shows no beveling. The first of its type i’ve seen with a notch on the base.. Winona county Minnesota find
  7. ~A Couple~

The triangle, to me, doesn’t quite “fit” to the north blade.. but, it very well could be. The other, could very well be used as a chisel or some type of woodworking tool.. it’s maker sure made many attempts to thin the hump down.. looks like the rock won.. lol. Happy holidays and stay safe….✌️
  8. ~A Couple~

A couple from s.e. Minnesota, both surface finds. Out of Winona county along the upper Mississippi River valley…✌️
  9. Dec 18 2021 The hunt for the elusive hardstone

Man, you killed it. A great day, you’d literally have to drag me out of that field.. rest up and hitt’er again.. next trip, carry more gloves. That axe 🪓 is a beauty.
  10. So. Illinois find - gift

Very nice… looks to be a Kramer to me, as well…👍
  11. First Hunt

Keep after them, they’re out there. It takes time and patience. Finding a site takes time, once you find it, you’ll be filling frames.. finding the arrowheads is easy, finding the sites is the challenge…👍
