Hope all is well with you, been a while. Congrats on the buckle finds From the looks of the pic the tongue is stamped brass and the wreath is cast brass. They would have come from two different buckles. Not to say that the miner didn't use them this way, they often made due with what they had. The good news is that there might be another cast tongue and/or stamped wreath out there.
