  • I recently detected an old Mill site, where our areas first local settlers occupied. It was an exciting little adventure.
I'm trying to identify the star shaped thingamajiger. My first initial thoughts was a horse rosette, but I doubt it because of the jaggedness.
From what I have researched it has 16 points making it known as a Brunswick star.
It is about 2inch. in circumference.

    Any guess would be helpful.
