Early 1970s and I saw a beautiful Spanish Conquistador's walnut (or similar hardwood) rifle fore stock with silver inlay that a prospector found in the hills with a metal detector. He said he had gone back many, many times to the same area while prospecting, but could not find other part of the...
I use 'Bongo Ties', then wrap the shaft with co-adhesive camo tape. This tape gets too sticky has to be replaced after a few months detecting. The Bongo Ties use natural rubber and it too wears hard in the dry sun or big weather changes. But... I do like how this works for me. Attached is a...
YEAH! Just imagine how many hours straight I could detect; if I could only stand still and quit tweaking. A few decades back I found a tied little balloon with black tar heroin. I showed my landlord and suggested I could sell if for enough to upgrade my detector toys. Boy, did he freak out. When...

YEP! Been there-Done that. I detect regularly in a heavy trash (dense with targets)city park, and multiple coins in the same hole along with other trash definitely skews the TID numbers. Go figure. :)
OK; so I can use my ML80 Headphones with either a previously owned Samsung S10e, or my new Samsung A32 5G. I make sure the headphones are in pairing mode (red and blue flashing light on right hand ear cup), then select blue tooth on with my phone and select the ML80 and bingo. Hope this helps...
