Looking at the OE tracks, it appears the saga continues. While they may have been released by Cyprus without charge, the recovery was not returned.
The OE has not returned to the worksite. The vessel is currently sitting just off the Coast of Beirut.
What is there to retract, and who was dead wrong? The vessel WAS detained, and the recovery was confiscated, correct? Currently, the vessel has been cleared, but the recovery has not.
