    Looks WWII. Looks like the front cap of a dummy bomb. Found a couple back in the 70's....middle section was made of wood.

    Engine Freeze plugs come in many different sizes. Yours looks similar to a pressure rupture disc but probably too thick.

    Second item looks like a buckle but isn't. The tangs on the back are too light and in the wrong place. It does appear to attach to leather though. Nice finds!
