I'm not sure what kind of one cent piece this is its bigger than a quarter

it was dug up its an old one cent coin its bigger than a quarter the whole face is gone its in really bad condition

what coin is this i think i found one like that but the condition is so ruff i could only make out the one cent in the back but the front is completely gone
