It appears to be probably Sodalite but it could also be Lapis Lazuli. A hardness test will help distinguish the two. Sodalite is relatively soft.

Both are commonly found with pyrite (the gold colored inclusions) and calcite (the whitish parts) so they can be difficult to distinguish by sight alone.

Both the mineral Sodalite and the rock Lapis Lazuli are used as ornamental stone. A fine piece of blue Lapis can bring quite a bit of money but Sodalite won't bring near as high a price even though the quality may be equal.
