Quite likely that this could be that property today. It is located south of what would have been the city back then.

Edwin Binney, of Binney & Smith Crayola fame , fell in love with Ft Pierce and built his first home in the area in 1913. He kept a couple of motorboats docked in Ft Pierce.It included a motor boat...in 1912?
