So I had a little play time before work and did some recon in a new area. I managed to pull out a Jersey. The problem with the pine barrens is that one side of the copper coins always seem to come out more damaged than the other .I think that it's from all the pine sap. I guess I'll just have to find more silver😎

Congrats on recovering another NJ Copper! It is a Maris 33-U variety, Rarity 4, Very Scarce. In the NJ Circulation Study it is the 9th one of that variety, so very scarce also in the survey, almost 1200 now ID'd by variety.
