Well my second time at a site I found vacant from a house fire in the 1850's produced some more Iron and and couple of clad quarters. George a friend who has done alot of research and sold me my first locator came with me this time. Talk about a nice time. Thanks George!!
We hit the park right down the road from my site and came across more clad and some other interesting finds. As our time was winding down we did some more research and investigating on a couple more site we will hit later. It was nice that the weather settled down and we had some nice weather to hunt. Here's some pictures of what we found and some cool wheels. One is for the ages...... The site was an old sawmill and we suspect the wheel is from a wagon back in the days or some thing from around the 1850's-1920's because of the style of the wheel. Aslo can someone give me a date on the Fork? someone said 1890's.
Enjoy everyone and please give me some feedback on the wheel?

No rubber on the wheel, but the back side or the inner wheel part is square
And most baby carrages had 12 spokes. That's why I'm thinking it is a wagon wheel.

Thanks for helping let me know what you think.

The wagon wheel find is very interesting! :icon_thumright:

I'd like to offer you an approximate date on the fork, but I'd need to see
a complete picture of it. Unfortunately, this just isn't enough for me to date
it for you. :dontknow:
