Always thought my first capped bust would be a 1/2 dime or a dime. Never imagined finding a half!
I'm not sure what the other item is? I'm think it's masonic/freemason item.
Your masonic collar gather had a loup of line entering the top two holes from the front and exit from back to front large hole to perform as a Bolo.
