1866 Shield 2 cent piece

found an 1866 Shield 2 cent piece at an elementary school a few weeks ago. it has a little round hole in the top. it looks like someone might have worn it on a neckalace. anyway, just curious what this might be worth. i will post some pictures of my finds soon.

Nothing really. You might get someone to pay you $5 for it...

Might be better off hanging it from a necklace, something nice, and selling it like that.

well dad gum, i guess i won't be retiring this year! it was exciting to pull it out of the ground, so i guess it was at least worth the thrill.
