Found this silver quarter this morning in the return slot of my local grocery store coinstar. It more than covered the cost of the banana and bagel I purchased for breakfast.

Nice silver grab. Every now and then, My wife and I will still find silver in the coin star machine.
Excellent! I usually check every day and find silver at least once a month. Will find foreign coins and regular US clad at least once a week, sometimes heaping piles at a time.

Here's a tip, when checking the coinstar, always check the lottery ticket machine nearby also. Sometimes people forget credits on there, and other times there is a forgotten ticket in the slot on the bottom. People sometimes buy multiple tickets at a time and the last ticket gets jammed high up in the slot. You may just become a millionaire if you pay attention to this little known fact.

Found this $5 ticket a couple weeks back, it was a loser, but still 1/4 or so win something so statistically it's good odds if you can find them for free.
