1988 P Jefferson nickle=possible off center error.

I got this 1988 P Jefferson the other day in change. Would this coin be considered a error coin? Due to it being struck off center. Is it worth anything/or saving it if it is a error coin. Thanks for looking.

Looks like a misaligned die (MAD). When strike placement of one side is different from the other. :zoom:

I usually find 1-5% off centers to be uncommon but not rare in rolls and in circulation.

Ok thanks, this is the worse I've ever had in my hand. Is it worth holding on to? Lol maybe I can turn this nick into a dime.

Weak strike from worn dies. Not dramatic enough to command any premium IMO.
