Well since I got rained on yesterday, I went against my belief
of not hitting the same place 2 days straight.
and went back to the 1875 school I just got permission for

place was loaded with people from town working on the new concession building next door :(

some of which used the school yard as a parking space :(

Sweet Silver - Congrats!

. That's a darn good hunt, Jeff. I'd be ecstatic to find a silver half! The Adams Medal is cool too.

they were gone by the time I arrived, But they are just working on it.
before moving in.
Place was a Blacksmith.
Being the House looks similar to the school I'm guessing also 1875

Medal looks great!

That was a high quality hunt for sure! what is the story on the Adams medal? Any idea on the age or significance?

Oh man ! I knew this place was gonna cough up some goodies - There sure were a bunch of cars parked on the lawn where you'll want to hunt .
I'm hoping you have access to this land for a number of hunts - NICE !

I'm not real Sure on the Medal/Token

Cracker Jack produced some But theirs said Cracker Jack.
SUNOCO had Antique Car Coins, But they also said SUNOCO

This one isn't advertising anything, so more then likely they were
sold through the Mail one at a time & you were expected to collect the whole set.

and being Brass, I'll guess 50's & the aluminum ones 60's

He seemed Nice enough on the Phone & I didn't ask for a Single Shot, So
I'm under the opinion I'm allowed to go back.

Actually in spite of the Cars herding me to one side of the yard.
I really didn't even cover a 10th. of the yard yet.
There are signals everywhere. and depending on the direction I swing even More.

I think it's safe to say the cars didn't effect my Hunt :laughing7:

It's been a long time since i have seen you pull that much silver out of one hunt. Sweetness.

Love the HALF..,.....

Would definitely make my day to find that chunk of silver !!!!

Sweet hunt !!

Hey Jeff!!!!! I told you there would be some good stuff there. lol

Nice hunt!

Well that's good new Jeff , that you have a lot still to cover - and that it looks like you have numerous hunts to do it - I dream of locations
like this ! I'm really looking forward to your upcoming posts !!

You must be on cloud nine, buffalo with a date, walker and that token is really cool along with the rest of your finds. Good work

Awesome job on the old coins and medal Jeff. SWEET large silver!!!
Congrats,
MM
