I went back to a dance spot in the woods that I thought I had hunted out several years ago. Today I went really slow and thoroughly and managed to snipe up some really nice targets. I can't believe I missed those bigger silver coins before! At this location I've also dug up 4 silver american quarters in a coin spill a few years ago.

Biggest coin is a 1 crown 1898 and a 50 öre 1936.

I'd go back there. Very nice silver finds. Congrats!!!
I find it interesting that in Sweden you have dance spots in the woods.
When I was young & under legal drinking age, we had special spots in
the woods where we would drink & sit around a fire & chat, tell jokes & laugh, but we never danced. Is a "dance spot" similar?

Dance spots were popular in the late 1800s up until around 1960s :) After they were torn down the nature took it all back and I go out and cherry pick silvers where the stage used to be :)

That was really a good day out to the site already hit.
Is there a lot of trash also, as in caps?
Yes! So much caps. But the AT-pro is reaally good for hearing coins between caps. Just go slow and watch the VDI change from 60s to 70s and DIG DIG DIG

Nice presentation! How deep were the coins? Absolutely love old silver coins! Congratulations 👍

Congratulations on your silver finds! I believe no site is ever hunted out. No accounting for large targets that we all miss from time to time.
