1. Thonet original child chair. It is not old. My guess 5-10 maybe 15 years ago. They sell from Thonet new $740.00. Ain’t that crazy?!?! I am guessing that this one is $100.00 +/-. What do you think?

I guess I should have given the background on these items & why I want to know their worth.
The chair my hubby brought home and asked me to research it. He had the guys at work clean up the shop. He does this periodically and then he puts stuff out on a “free pile,” also calls it “the Bermuda Triangle “ because whatever he puts out there mysteriously disappears. Well, some guy brought the chair back and told him that it was too valuable to take for free and he didn’t feel right about it.

The chamber pot and frame I bought at a sale. A dear old friend passed away at the young age of 98. Her daughter, who is also a dear old friend, is selling off her stuff. I paid $10.00 for the pot and $1.00 for the frame. I don’t want to take advantage of the situation, so if they are more valuable, then I want to pay up.
I asked her if there were any old bottles. I said I could help her price them . She told me she had put them in her “free” tent and they were gone. That led to her asking me to find out about the glassware. I totally understand the grief of selling off your parents stuff. I am trying to help her out.

One set of my Grand parents had outdoor plumbing into the early sixties.I,ve used one of those!!! Beats running to the outhouse at 2:00 in the morning!!! Reminds me of that book "200 yards to the Outhouse" by Willie Makeit.Illustrated by Betty Dont.
Lol funny!
My friend’s husband asked me if I knew what it was and if I would be using it. (Men! You’re so facetious! Lmao) of course I told him I might in my she-shed. :laughing9::laughing9::laughing9:
