Went back out today to British camp-finds have been scattered and today went to area where I would not think much would have taken place but came away with some pleasant surprises.
Dug what is either a George III or maybe farthing of some sort-coin has lost detail and maybe someone can make out what it is based on the bow in the hair that is visible-
Best find by far is the neckstock buckle clasp part-has some great decorative detail on it. Hoping the other side is out there somewhere! We are slowly getting permission to other parts and know there is more.
Thanks for looking.

Maybe a 1724 half penny. In anycase very nice finds congrats.

Thanks-tough to tell but narrowing it down to either that or possible William III but that would probably push limits on this site even though we have recovered a 1710-1712 French 6 denier from here.

Can you post closeups of both sides of the coin? That should help id it. Also what is the diameter? Thanks
