I don't find pocket watches very often, but this is the 5th one in 30 years of detecting. I hit the same field where I found the 1892 S Barber Half 3 weeks ago. The rest of todays finds included the 1910 Wheat, a vintage jewelry clip, 2 white buttons, a St. Christopher "Be my guide" sun visor pin from the 1930's, and the top part of a spoon handle from the 1893 Chicago Worlds Fair. Wish the whole spoon would have been there. The one pic of the St. Chrisopher pin shows the wings bent upward as dug. I was able to bend it straight by turning it slowly in my vice. This was my first time using the Equinox 800 in a field. It worked pretty well. I usually use it in parks and yards, preferring my CZ 5 for the fields. No more silver today, but it was a beautiful morning for relics !
