A nice old heart lockett I found.

Found it under some rocks with my metal detector. It been there for quite some time. Not sure what kind of metal it is made from>(gold plated or actual gold or even brass, perhaps?) Also found a heart shape pearl colored? piece in the same hole. I have no idea how much this is worth..

The white heart is probably mother of pearl shell. The locket may be marked under the dirt inside. If it isn't marked, it's probably brass or gold plated/filled but the only way to know for sure is to test it.
