A Quick Hello To All!!!

I just want to say hello to all. MD'ing is something I have been interested infor a long time. Of course I have no hopes of finding a treasure worth millions or anything like that, to me any thing old that can be dug up is treasure to me. I am a history buff and the possible stories behind some old relics are the treasure to me. I am new to metal detecting and I am interested in learning as much as I can.

I am semi retired and live I Duluth, GA. My Wife and I love to travel and spend quite a bit of time hiking the N. GA Mountains and are currently looking for some acreage up that way to purchase. In the meantime I am here to learn an share whatever knowledge I do have.

My current equipment is a Garret AT Gold MD and Garret Pro Pinpointer AT.
