The stock it is made of appears to be square or ridged in cross section, not round. That is a characteristic of jaw harps I have found.

Can anyone confirm if this is a mouth/jaw harp?
Love that photo with the moss rock! That is cool! That rounded piece looks like the handle portion to an old clevis pin.
